The National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) is a trade organizations dedicated to the kitchen and bath industry. They have thousands of members and over 70 member chapters throughout North America. NKBA Certification is the highest honor in the kitchen and bath industry and are gained by displaying industry knowledge and experience as well as passing certain examinations.
The NKBA also has numerous competitions, and one of their annual design competition, the People’s Pick Award, is open to public voting right now. All of the Finalists determined by the NKBA have their designs posted on HGTVPro.com until March 11, 2011, in which the voting period will end. There is a limit of 5 votes per person, and the design in each category that receives the most votes will win the Grand Prize. The winners will be announced at the Kitchen and Bath Industry Show from April 26 – 28, 2011. Beginning around April 29 you will be able to get the names of the winners by visiting HGTVPro.com.
