There are three main phases that ensure efficiency and accuracy when completing your commercial and spa project. Those phases are design, fabrication and installation. In the design development phase, Diamond Spas takes the time to fully understand the scope of the project. Vessel expectations, structure, location, safety concerns, municipal codes, equipment, MEP coordination and serviceability are just a few details that are thoroughly explored and calculated throughout this phase. The Diamond Spas design team also takes this opportunity to establish strong lines of communication with the architectural, operational, structural, landscaping and interior design professionals dedicated to your project. Diamond Spas will draft detailed 3D models of your project illustrating every component of your vessel(s) that will then be incorporated into a permit plan set and/or construction documentation page.
Installation of your project is the final phase. Diamond Spas will coordinate shipping to your destination. We use reliable carriers and will ship product to anywhere in the world. If your project is too large to ship we can schedule welding and fabrication teams to arrive on site to complete the installation. During the design phase, Diamond Spas can incorporate rigging points and additional structural framing for hoisting if needed. All electrical and plumbing hookups must be done by certified professionals in your area. Startup orientations can also be arranged at the client’s request.
