Here is a checklist that can help you avoid making some costly mistakes:
Ask where the product is made?
Many distributors are having their products made overseas and the quality is lacking with the quality of materials and workmanship. Diamond Spas entire product line is proudly made in the USA, right here in Denver Colorado! No middleman-We ship directly to our customers.
Check the thickness of the copper and stainless steel products.
The thicker the better when it comes to sheet metal design. Thinner metal can lead to leaking, and noisy water fills. Diamond Spas uses the thickest sheet metal possible for our products fabrication. We use 304L stainless steel on the bath line and 316 L stainless steel on the spa line. For our copper products we use .080.
Ask for sample material.
Before you purchase, ask the company if they can send you out a sample piece of metal so you can feel the thickness and see if it is up to your standards. This is something Diamond Spas does on a regular basis. We want our customers to know what they are getting with no surprises.
