Oh technology.. it is a wonderful thing. I have not succumbed to getting the i-Pad yet, but I am sure that it is just a matter of time before I finally bite the Apple and purchase the darn thing. One of my favorite sites right now is Houzz. If you love to look at pictures and get some fabulous design ideas, this place will not disappoint. Find everything from Japanese Style Bathroom Design to traditional styles. Upload some of your own project and let others get inspiration from you.
Here is place you can go where you feel as if you are reading a glossy interior magazine, yet finding the sources to buy the item as well. The editors of the site choose a product of the week (ie soaking tubs) and show their top picks of what is on the market and where to get them.
A floor plan designer that lets you customize measurements and furniture layout. It works in 2D and gives you the option to work in full color or black and white. Customize the flooring and architectural elements, and stage the room with over 800 pieces of furniture items. The handy photo crop tool lets you import photos from your Photo Library or the web and the link will be saved for you.
