With Earth day coming next week, we thought about showing some great ideas on how designers are re-purposing old furniture into some beautiful vanity pieces. Today’s marketplace has many fabulous custom bathroom sinks available and trying to find just the right vanity to accompany it can be a bit like trying to find a needle in a haystack.
Many designers are turning to their local antique dealer and/or flea market rummaging stalls for that distinguished chest or table that they can re-purpose into a current look. The look of well worn piece is hard to fabricate, therefore getting a antique piece is a great option and warms up the space.
This charming vessel sink looks so chic with the old wooden table. The contrast of materials makes the sink really stand out.
